GreatSchools retained WillowTree to assist in the design, development and QA of its Great Schools Finder iPhone application.
GreatSchools is the leading provider of information on school performance, and school ratings and reviews for 125,000 K-12 schools in the U.S. As such, they were looking for ways to make this information accessible to iPhone users, wherever they were – particularly for parents on-the-go and real estate professionals. The app had to be very fast, use GPS to find nearby schools while mobile, and be consistent with the look-and-feel and mission of GreatSchools.
